During the 24 Day Challenge he lost an astonishing 8.25 inches, 1.8% body fat and lost 5.3 pounds of fat and gained 5.3 pounds of muscle!!
Great results to say the least
But we retested and he’s down another 8.25 inches, 1.5% body fat, and 9.9 pounds of fat. Yes that is right 9.9 pounds of fat!!!
Totals to date:
- 16 pounds lost!
- 16.5 inches lost!
- 3.3% body fat lost!
- 15.2 pounds of fat lost!

Where were you when you started?
I had been going to the gym for about a year. I was at a maintain state. I saw myself being one of those statistics that was overweight and knew it. I had little energy to play with my kids and run several businesses.
How did you feel 2 weeks into the 24day challenge?
My energy was coming back. The toughest part of it was the record keeping. Eric changed my workout routine which was hard at first, but just because it is hard doesn’t mean it is bad.
Where are you now that you are done?
There are too many results to list all of them. Some are of are several jean sizes smaller, increased energy, improved muscle tone. Every week there appears to be less of me. My son who is almost 4 years old ask me if that fits into my calorie count. Now I’m in a different statistics. I don’t know where I want to head in the future, but the fact that I’m changing my life style means that anything can be achieved.
