       Weekly weigh-ins and challenges keep you motivated, challenged, and accountable.  The more challenges that you complete the more points you receive.  Challenges incorporate diet, resistance training, cardio training, and motivation.  Resistance training keeps the lean mass up and the metabolic fire burning 24hrs a day while the cardio training burns extra calories.
