When I started… I was unmotivated, out of shape, tired, and flabby. I’ve been running 3 to 4 miles regularly for 3 years. I got bored and I had a hard time finding motivation to keep going. I had done Strong Women prior to running and enjoyed the structure and accountability so I decided to go back.
2 Weeks into the 24 Day Challenge, I felt better about myself, I was sore for the first 2 weeks but feel much stronger now. I could feel my body changing and tightening back up and I had more energy.
Now that I’m done with the 24 Day Challenge, I’m happy with the results so far, but have also found myself enjoying the variety of the workouts and structure of class. Plus, I have met some great workout buddies that have kept me going.
