When I started… I was unmotivated, out of shape, tired, and flabby. I’ve been running 3 to 4 miles regularly for 3 years. I got bored and I had a hard time finding motivation to keep going.
I’m happy with the results so far, and I have found myself enjoying the variety of the workouts and structure of class. Plus, I have met some great workout buddies that have kept me going.
