We had the opportunity to work with Jennifer again for our 72 day Total Transformation contest that started January of 2014.
During her first 24 days she had great results.

My initial goal in beginning this program was to support my husband in his quest to gain muscle/lose fat and to set a better example for my kids of healthy eating and exercise. Weight has always seemed like a very difficult process. I had no idea how many calories I should be eating.
In the first week that I stopped drinking Diet Coke, I lost 4 pounds! It took a couple more weeks before I saw any significant weight loss although I did keep up with my exercise program and determined to continue my healthier eating plan. My husband had seen positive results from the Challenge, too. Exercising with a group of friends and using the My Fitness Pal app to track my calories made a big difference. Even though I didn’t lose a lot of weight, the inches that disappeared made a big difference–I had a lot of extra wiggle room in my shorts and shirts.
I am continuing to lose weight and best of all am setting a positive example for my kids with healthier eating and exercise. I love to see them imitating me with their own idea of exercise
