Joel was already a 5 day per week gym guy and just wasn’t seeing the results that he wanted or deserved. He decided to do the 24 Day Challenge with Eric Peterson and boy is he glad he did! His energy was greatly improved right from the start! And the results showed that he did a great job.
Here is what Joel had to say about the 24 Day Challenge:
Where were you when you started?
“When I started I was 218 pounds, lifting semi regularly, but still in a 38″ pant and starting to stretch the waistline of those. I decided I would NOT go to a 40″ and got this email from Eric at Powershop about the challenge. I talked to him that day and made the decision to give it a shot.”
How did you feel 2-weeks into The 24 Day Challenge?
“Changing my eating habits was the hardest. I’d made a commitment to getting to the gym 5 days a week but had terrible eating habits. After 2 weeks, I was getting used to the eating schedule and beginning to notice change. I felt great, had quit drinking Diet Dew completely, and was very happy about that. There was never a question of whether I’d finish the 24 days; at that point, I wanted to see what I could accomplish and got GREAT encouragement from Eric and the team at the Powershop!”
Where are you now that you are done?
“At the end, I’d lost nearly 7 pounds, 6 inches, and 2% body fat. I don’t miss the Diet Dew, feel GREAT, and do plan to continue this as a lifestyle change. In the future, I’d like to get back into 34 or maybe 33 inch jeans, look as good as I can at 48, and just feel healthy!
