This has been the longest that Katy has “Stuck to” and exercise and nutrition plan. In the past, inconsistency was a downfall. Now she has accountability, guidance, and instruction with her trainer Tonya.
Since starting the program, with training and the 24 Day Challenge nutrition program, she has lost
3 1/4 inches on her waist
1 inch on her abs
2 inches on her hips
She also accomplished her goal of completing her first 5K and since has completed several more plus a 10K!
