Where were you when you started?
When I decided to try the 24 Day Challenge, I was at the heaviest weight I have ever been, including pregnancies! I was very low on energy and often found it hard to get out of bed in the morning. I didn’t want to continue to feel that way, and needed a way to jump start the changes I needed to make to be healthier. I saw the information at Powershop Gym on the 24 Day Challenge and was interested.
How did you feel 2-weeks into the 24 Day Challenge?
2 weeks into the 24 Day Challenge I couldn’t believe how much better I felt. I had no trouble getting out of bed in the morning and could definitely feel my clothes feeling looser and could even see the changes in the mirror. I found the program very easy to follow with the information provided and with Eric’s guidance. I liked the variety of food I could eat and felt successful with the guidelines given. My recommended calorie level was such that I never felt hungry and at times couldn’t believe how much I could eat.
Where are you now that you are done?
I lost 8 lbs and almost 7″ during the 24 Day Challenge. I lost 2″ off my waist, which I could definitely see and feel. I gained energy and feel empowered to keep being successful on this program. I also became dedicated to focusing on my health by eating much healthier and working out. I have felt a huge improvement in my strength and endurance during workouts and have much more energy during the day. I see myself continuing to feel better and stronger the longer I am on the program.
