When I started I was dragging. My energy was low and so was my Self confidence wasn’t wasn’t great and I wasn’t fond of the way my clothes fit. I wanted to change for the better and after looking into the 24 Day Challenge I knew it was right for me.
Two weeks in I noticed I had more energy! This was good but I wasn’t noticing any physical results. I like to give things 100%..so I decided to keep going with my program and new found energy.
After 24 Days I felt better than I had in months! My energy is up in the sky and I am feeling great. I lost almost 5 pounds of body fat and 5 inches. This worked great and I’m definitely excited to keep going.
