Before starting the 24 Day Challenge I was Struggling with maintaining a healthier diet, not taking the time to pre-plan and just being lazy and using my schedule as an excuse. Also, I was drinking lots of diet coke and coffee.
I got started because I saw the amazing results clients were getting at the gym and read a guest blog post on one of my regular blog reads and I thought – hey, that’s me!
I haven’t had any coffee or soda since starting and I think I’m going to keep it that way as much as possible-loving the Spark! I’m not sure how much weight I’ve lost but I have definitely lost inches, feeling like I have more energy, making smart food choices and just feeling better overall–inside and out. Can’t wait to keep going and get trim!
