Really these stats are unreal!
When Randy came in he had lost some pounds, inches, and body fat in the previous months but was stuck and needed to some help. Gregg being a long time friend of Randy came to the rescue. They developed a Resistance and Cardio Training plan to help his workouts and implemented the 24 Day Challenge. By day 3 Randy was feeling a ton better.
After 24 Days Randy:
Dropped 7.75 inches
Lost a staggering 10 pounds of body fat (after being “stuck” for quite some time)
Dropped 2.2% body fat
Best of all Randy’s health is improved and he feels invigorated and ready to take on the day…not sluggish and run down like he used to!
