S.L.E.D - Stronger Leaner Every Day
Instructor
Individualized program to help you lift smarter and
stronger every time you workout. Each resistance
workout (3days/wk) includes 7 exercises with a specific
set and rep goal. Once you reach your goal new
challenges will be assigned to keep you motivated.
Cardio workouts (2days/wk) consist of interval workouts
that burn an amazing amount of calories in a short time
frame!
