Sports Conditioning programs are run
all year round so please call for information on the
next class available. 1-on-1 sessions are
available.
If
you are an athlete 10-19 years old and want to improved
speed, strength, explosion, coordination, flexibility,
and performance then you are in good hands.
In-season and pre-season programs available tailored
specifically to the athletes abilities.

Peterson, MS, CSCS. In
2002, Eric graduated from SDSU
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotions
and minors in Health Science and Nutrition. He
completed a Masters of Science degree in Exercise
Physiology in May 2005.
Eric
has over 15 years of weight training experience.
He is in his eighth year training high school athletes
from around the area. Over 338 high school and middle school
athletes have completed and benefited from his Sports
Conditioning Programs. In addition, Eric has completed
over 380 hours training athletes at Jackrabbit
Acceleration in Brookings and Frapier Acceleration in
Sioux Falls.
Eric completed his Strength and Conditioning Specialist
certification in October 2002.
Certified
Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
certification is granted through the National Strength
and Conditioning Association. CSCS certification is
intended for professionals who design and implement
strength training and conditioning programs for athletes
in a team setting. The CSCS is the ONLY nationally
accredited strength training and conditioning
credential.
