The gym has always been very important to Steve. He had been known to give up Men’s day at the golf course to go “gyming”. When Steve had his brain aneurysm, the Dr.’s commented several times that they just did not see people his age, in that good of shape. Had Steve not been in such good shape he may not have survived, but he certainly would not have recovered enough to ever come home.
Not being able to be as active, made it difficult to keep those extra pounds at bay. With Advocare 24 Day Challenge and Personal Training with Lead Trainer Eric Hanson, Steve dropped 13 pounds, and has a flatter mid section. He has increased energy and just “feels better”. Even though he quit Pepsi, he has more energy. Steve also sleeps better.
The Advocare plan has been easy to follow. You can eat “normal” food, and with the snacks you don’t feel hungry. Steve plans on staying with the Advocare Plan. Good nutrition and health is important for everyone, but when you are dealing with the after affects of a health crisis it really drives the point home.
At Steve’s last check up the Dr. said, “For someone in your condition, you are in remarkable condition”.
