When women diet, at least 25% of the weight they shed isn't fat, but water, muscle, bone, and other lean tissue!  The wrong diet can reduce your metabolic rate (the rate your body burns calories) by up to 30%.

The Strong Women Stay Slim Program lets you bypass the dangers and deprivation of the quick weight loss programs.  You lose weight steadilty, at a sensible rate that doctors recommend - 1/2-2lbs a week.

You'll see fast results in the form of increased energy and strength.  Not visible but vitally important are the improvements in your cardiovascular system, your muscles, your bones, and your balance.

The program consists of 3 workouts a week lasting 30 minutes each.  You will have over 10 workout times a week to choose from.  The 30minute class will be led by a qualified instructor concentrating on keeping your heart rate up while doing a cardio/weight workout.  Also, you will receive 10 (one per week) Diet Coaching Sessions discussing: What it takes to control appetite and get your metabolism on your side.  How strength training promotes weight loss, tightens and trims figure, and offers significant health benefits.  What your BMR and BMI are and why you need to know.  The importance of fiber and protein in your diet.
