Survival of the Fittest
Instructor

This is
not a "quick-fix" 8 week diet plan - this is going to
focus on developing and using the skills learned in the
gym, using your muscles and become the strong, confident
"athlete" you've always wanted to be!
You
will be spending 6days/week at the gym, three days of
lifting, 3days of cardio. Also,
you
will completing 4 weeks of lifting workouts, then will
begin the rotation again in week 5 with advanced lifting
techniques.
